Ryan Smith (Marketing Communications
Ryan has held senior management positions both client and
agency side so knows the importance of spending marketing
budgets wisely. He has been sales and marketing manager
with a division of Grampian Country Food Group, Europe’s
largest food independent and Group Marketing Manager with
the UK’s leading garden centre group, Dobbies Garden
Centres plc. At Dobbies he was responsible for overseeing
all marcoms activity, in charge of a £1m plus budget.
Agency-side he has been a senior account director responsible
for driving marketing programmes for clients in b2b, technology,
engineering and consumer sectors. He has an MA in Management
from St Andrew’s University.
Chris Glen (PR Director)
Trained in the electricity industry, Chris has a wealth of marketing communications experience - from industry to government agencies. A shrewd and ‘hands-on’ operator, Chris is also a strategist whose work is completely informed by the business objectives of clients. His approach is one that is focused on helping clients to win and retain the right customers.
Having held senior marketing and PR management posts at board level, Chris offers our clients a real depth of experience as well as formidable communication skills. He combines a steely determination to see things through with tact and diplomacy in his dealings with people.
A full member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Chris is similarly accomplished in written communications. He is a much sought-after copywriter who can get to the heart of an organisation’s key messages and get them across to audiences in all media.
Iain Cummings (Creative Director)
Iain has over 15 years design experience, having
created a number of award winning design strategies for
a variety of clients. His sector experience includes events,
retail, tourism, technology, engineering and professional

both traditional platforms such as literature and advertising
with new media including Internet and email campaigns.
